Elly Chaplin has been in the Title Business for over 15 years, and in the Real Estate Industry for over 30 years.  Her title career started as a Marketer working with builders.   Elly enjoys closing loans and working with people so her move to Escrow Officer was a good fit.   Elly has experience in Buy/Sells, Short Sales, 1031 Exchanges, and Land / Developer closings.  Elly encourages team building and her customer service skills help closings go smoothly.  Over the years Elly has held positions on the Board of Directors of the Greater Salt Lake Home Builders Association and State Home Builders Association.  She has helped in numerous committees to help give back to the community.
