After Graduating from B.Y.U. in 1972, Tee was employed by Havre Federal Savings and Loan, in Glasgow, Montana . He worked there for 2 years. In January of 1976, he was hired by United Savings Bank (Western Mortgage), as a loan officer. He was appointed branch manager for U.S.B. in 1977. In 1982, he was appointed one of 2 regional managers responsible for residential Mortgage production for U.S.B (Western Mortgage). He supervised production in 12 offices, in Utah, Nevada, Montana and Idaho. In 1993 home loan production for U.S.B (Western Mortgage) exceeded $ 1 billion. In January of 1997, U.S.B. sold to Washington Mutual S.B.
Not staying with Washington Mutual, Tee went to work for Zions Bank as Head of retail production. Combined residential mortgage production of Zions Bank exceeded $1 billion in both 2002 and 2003, with production coming from 21 locations in Utah and Idaho.
In May of 2007, Tee went to work for Surety Title marketing. Tee has held many industry related positions, including President of the Utah Mortgage Lenders Association in 1999 and is a past board member of Salt Lake neighborhood housing Services.
